African drumming workshops and storytelling
The drumming workshop is designed to meet the needs and abilities of different age groups, nursery, young people, adults and elderly alike.
The outcomes include:
- Development of the participants’ self-confidence; creative, social, communication and life skills.
- Stimulation of concentration including the concentration of young people with special educational needs, leading to their good performance in school subjects which include music, artwork and numeracy.
